POOL:
The large swimming pool, completely renovated in 2017, measures 6 m. x 15 m. plus the recessed staircase that was created with the use of the steps of the Softwalk® of Piscine Castiglione / Myrtha Pools, to make access to the pool more comfortable and safe and to stop on the stairway, which often becomes a playground for the children. The depth is increasing, from a minimum of cm. 100 to a maximum of 320 cm.

From the long driveway you reach the main door that leads, through a hallway, directly to the "living area" consisting of: living room with fireplace, dining room and kitchen, and a bathroom with shower; from a first door window accesses the patio set up to organize delicious outdoor lunches.
On the right wing of the house, we find the sleeping area: two double bedrooms, one of which (master bedroom) with walk-in closet with direct access to the garden, large bathroom with adjacent bath, and a double bedroom with walk-in closet.
OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE: a covered area of about 40 m. squares protects the area where a large dining table is located, the barbecue area, a small sofa with two armchairs and its small table. The ideal place to stay outdoors, have dinner and relax.
SOLARIUM: the large solarium area surrounding the swimming pool is equipped with four Gazebo.
The first gazebo houses a comfortable sitting area, consisting of a sofa, two armchairs and a small table, perfect for an aperitif or to chat in a magnificent and exclusive setting.
Under the other three Gazebo are the sun loungers and the tables that complete the pool-side decor with a view of the property's park.
